The restaurant, which follows the traditional Piedmontese cuisine and cooks the typical produce of the town's surroundings, offers dishes based on in-season produces and uses only very selected food stuffs coming from its countryside and the valleys nearby.
Cold-cuts and various kinds of ham and cheese are important items of the menu and are displayed so that customers can see the quality of the food and choose it to compose the "tagliere" (chopping-board) they will be tasting together with farm butter, mustards and "cugnà (sort of jam made with spcial local apples).

Chef Dario makes his dishes based on the typical and quality food stuffs, carefully selected from the most important producers in the countryside and the valleys nearby
L'Oca (the goose) from which our restaurant takes its name is a real point of interest and tradition and is also the main ingredient of a menu granting all gourmands the possibility to taste a variety of dishes cooked with the fowl. But our search for genuine products concerns the whole Italy, thus customers will be able to find dishes from every region in our menus and also the offer of a sea food menu.
